Doug Rank, PT, ATC
A founding partner, physical therapist and certified athletic trainer, Doug has practiced in
Redmond for over 25 years, treating all types of orthopedic/musculo-skeletal diagnoses.
Involved in sports since a kid, he has provided volunteer sports coverage at local schools (Juanita
and Redmond) throughout his career. He has accompanied the USA fencing team to 6 World
Championships, been a part of the medical staff for the 2006 Winter University Games in
Torino, Italy and the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio. Doug has also been chosen as part of
the staff for the Summer Olympics in Beijing.
Ken Roll, MS, PT, ATC
Ken has been an athletic trainer since 1967 and a physical therapist since 1971. He has practiced physical therapy in Redmond and volunteered as an athletic trainer at Redmond High School since 1979. He has also been an athletic trainer and physical therapist for the Seattle Mariners Major league baseball team for 24 years. He possesses extensive knowledge, experience and clinical treatment skills in extremity rehabilitation. He works with shoulders, elbows, hips, knees and ankles. He specializes in developing sports specific programs especially for baseball, softball, throwing and racquet sports.
Laura Yengo, DPT, MTC
Laura grew up in Juneau, Alaska and attended Western Washington University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science. She also has a Clinical Doctorate from the University of St. Augustine in physical therapy with an advanced certification in manual therapy. Laura had the unique experience of studying abroad in Sidney Australia with a special focus on manual therapy and spinal rehabilitation.
Laura takes an individualized and holistic approach with each patient incorporating manual therapy, corrective exercise and patient education.
When not working, Laura loves to spend time outdoors with her husband Anthony and her dog Indy.
