1. What Insurances do we accept?

We are contracted with most major forms of insurance. If you have questions about your insurance, please feel free to call and ask us.

3. What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you must cancel an appointment, please call and notify us 24 hours in advance so that we can offer that time to another patient.

4. Do I need to have a physician’s prescription to come to physical therapy?

Although Washington is a direct access state, meaning you can come to a physical therapist without a physician’s prescription, insurance companies will not pay for a physical therapy visit without a physician’s prescription. So a prescription IS necessary to be seen.
